The biscuits without butter are crumbly and tasty: they are prepared with extra virgin olive oil and chocolate chips.
They are biscuits prepared with a short pastry in which the butter is replaced by olive oil; for this recipe it is recommended to use an oil with a light and fruity taste so as not to weigh down the dough and to obtain a delicate taste.
These oil biscuits are crumbly and are excellent to soak in milk at breakfast!

INGREDIENTS FOR 20 COOKIES:

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • 50 g of chocolate chips
  • 40 g of Olio di Butera extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 ml of milk

PREPARATION:

You will come out a soft dough that you can not work, so with the help of a spoon make many small piles to be placed as far away from each other as possible.
