Olio di Butera

From tree to house

That’s right, “From the tree to the house”!
This is the motto of the Ristagno brothers, pharmacists by profession but with a passion for the cultivation of the olive tree and its fruit: the olive oil.

A passion handed down from the farmers’ fathers who taught the care of every value, from the health of the plant, to the harvest, up to the cold pressing, to keep alive all the steps of the past to guarantee the nutritional qualities.

Only the best of olives

Sustainable agriculture for a great oil

Our olive groves are cultivated according to the model of sustainable agriculture, meaning all agricultural techniques that respect water resources, soil fertility and biodiversity.
